BUILDING USED AS A SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN AND RESIDENCES
Building and systems renovation and construction of a building located in Grottaminarda (AV) owned by Bethlemite nuns. The building is intended in part to the residence of the sisters (with heating system fan and heated towel rail in the toilet), partly as a residence of students (with fancoils heating system and heated towel rail in the toilet) and partly in kindergarten (with radiant panels under the floor).
The energy redevelopment consisted essentially in the installation of external insulation, window frames with high energy saving and acoustic comfort, thermal solar panels to produce hot water and condensing boilers with high efficiency and low CO2 emissions.
